I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and had a mix of experiences. The location was great, very close to the city center, ideal for exploring the historic area. However, there were some issues with the room allocation process, and the late-night noise was a downside. The service, although at times loud in the echoey hallway, was mostly helpful and friendly.

I had booked my stay 6 months in advance, only to find out upon arrival that my room had been given away due to not paying a 50% deposit that I was never informed of. The room I ended up with was a pokey supposed double room for 3 nights. The location was good, very close to the center of the city, perfect for exploring the historic center and not too far from main cultural spots compared to other hotels in the area. Overall, a mixed experience with room booking but great for city exploration.
